Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the hotel’s annual commercial strategy.
• Define and execute the sales strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set objectives.
• Collaborate with key departments to align commercial strategies.

Expectations

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality sales.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; additional languages valued.
