Oversee the launch and administration of investment funds , ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and fiscal requirements. Structure new funds and optimize existing oneswith a keen eye for innovation and best practices. Serve as the primary contact for a high-value client portfolio, building long-term relationships and delivering personalized solutions. Work closely with international fund accounting teamsto ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Lead onboarding and transitions for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Drive commercial success through strategic sales planning, client acquisition, and upselling of services. Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing fund team while ensuring operational excellence and profitability. What We're Looking For 15+ years of experience in theinvestment fund industry , ideally with exposure to private equity, real estate, venture capital, or family offices. Proven track record infund administration, accounting , andNAV calculationsacross IFRS/US GAAP standards. Expertise inUCITS and alternative investment funds(AIFs), withdeep knowledge of fund structuring and directorship. Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and overseeing client portfolios. Strong grasp ofChilean and international fund regulations. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and client-first mindset. Familiarity withPFX Paxusand time recording tools likeMaconomyis a plus.
