About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

We are currently expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be a more useful tool for finance professionals. We need experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or relevant real-world experience to shape how AI understands financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Leverage your education and work experience to check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work
• Push the models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to examine their reasoning capabilities
• Share clear, structured feedback to enhance each new version of the AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises
• A current, in progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
