We are seeking an experienced Director of Delivery Management to lead and optimize service delivery operations across diverse organizational segments.

The ideal candidate will oversee project and program implementation, enforce governance practices, and cultivate robust stakeholder relationships to achieve business goals. This role requires a strategic approach to managing delivery frameworks, adopting innovative technologies, and fostering continuous improvement.

Responsibilities


  • Oversee programs, projects, and organizational subdivisions
  • Maintain project governance and engage regularly with executive leadership
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on progress and key milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Promote the adoption of best practices in service delivery
  • Introduce and implement new industry trends
  • Develop and sustain strategic relationships with high-profile clients
  • Customize service delivery frameworks to address unique client requirements
  • Allocate resources efficiently to monitor and improve service delivery systems
  • Foster a culture focused on continuous improvement within service delivery operations
  • Formulate and execute risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions
  • Design training programs to enhance team skills and awareness
  • Enforce compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements
  • Introduce advanced technologies to elevate service quality
  • Ensure clear, precise communication across all levels of the organization
  • Monitor and enhance service delivery metrics and performance indicators to meet business targets


Requirements


  • A minimum of 12 years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in service delivery or project/program management
  • Proficiency in managing large teams or significant projects
  • Competency in handling complex, time-sensitive challenges
  • Proven history of crafting strategic approaches and unified delivery models
  • Extensive background in developing and implementing innovative delivery concepts
  • Expertise in crafting result-oriented service delivery frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of service delivery methodologies, protocols, and plans
  • Capability to design and implement comprehensive service delivery strategies
  • Strong background in mentoring teams to achieve impactful results
  • Significant experience in managing a delivery organization's entire scope of operations, from inception to development and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with addressing service lifecycle challenges, resolving conflicts, and handling competing priorities
  • Proficiency in English, with a minimum C1 level
