Responsibilities
- Manage programs, projects, and divisions within organizational delivery management
- Maintain project governance while engaging executive leadership effectively
- Communicate project progress and critical milestones with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Promote adherence to best practices for service delivery
- Lead initiatives to implement new industry trends across delivery operations
- Foster strategic relationships with high-value clients
- Design tailored service delivery frameworks to satisfy client requirements
- Allocate resources strategically to oversee and improve service delivery systems
- Cultivate a culture that prioritizes ongoing process improvement in service delivery
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate disruptions
- Establish training initiatives to enhance team proficiency and expertise
- Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory guidelines
- Introduce advanced technologies to elevate service performance and efficiency
- Facilitate clear and accurate organizational communication at all levels
- Analyze and revise service delivery metrics and performance indicators to meet business objectives
- 12+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in service delivery or project/program management
- Proficiency in managing large teams or overseeing complex projects
- Competency in addressing multifaceted and high-pressure scenarios effectively
- Excellent record of developing visionary strategies and cohesive delivery models
- Extensive background in planning, promoting, and implementing delivery concepts
- Skills in creating high-impact service delivery frameworks
- Expertise in applying service delivery methodologies, best practices, and protocols
- Capability to design and execute comprehensive service delivery systems
- Strong ability to mentor and guide teams toward achieving optimal results
- Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of a delivery organization: acquisition, development, and quality enhancements
- Familiarity with resolving lifecycle challenges, addressing competing demands, and balancing priorities
- English fluency at a minimum of C1 level proficiency
