What You’ll Own

As the Director of Data & Analytics, you’ll be the architect of our data future. You’ll:

• Design and lead our company-wide data strategy
• Build a modern, cloud-native data infrastructure
• Define the core data models that power analytics, reporting, and AI
• Select and implement the best tools in the modern data stack
• Establish data governance and quality frameworks
• Partner with business and product teams to turn data into insights and action
• Lead and mentor a high-performing data team

What You Bring

• A proven track record in data engineering or platform development
• Deep experience in data analytics, modeling, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Big Data, and scalable architectures
• Strong understanding of data governance and compliance
• A self-starter mindset—you thrive in greenfield environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
