Overview

This role will lead the data acquisition operations for the Resource Data Management (RDM) business, driving innovation through automation and AI while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the electronic data acquisition strategy.
• Improve data acquisition processes and technologies with a focus on AI and automation.
• Partner with Product, Data, Innovation and Digital teams for a technology-forward roadmap.
• Transform operational systems and workflows to support RDM’s strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor data acquisition teams, reducing manual data entry dependency.
• Contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to optimize global data acquisition activities.
• Conduct data quality audits and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business, Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years in data acquisition or operations, preferably in financial services.
• 3+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and communication.
