Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven, execution-focused Director of Commercialization Cardholder Benefits for the LAC Region, responsible for expanding commercial opportunities, and accelerating sales across issuers, partners, and emerging segments.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy, Sales & Revenue Protection

• Own and execute the commercial strategy to protect and ensure the renewal of existing cardholder benefit programs.
• Lead commercial negotiations and renewal cycles across the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline to generate new sales opportunities.
• Anticipate threats to current products and develop mitigation plans.

New Business Development

• Lead and proactively identify new sales opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth.
• Partner with Sales and Account teams to enhance conversion rates.
• Develop compelling narratives to win new business.
• Lead the end-to-end RFP process for the region.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the bridge between Sales, Accounts, Product, and Operations.
• Translate client insights into clearly defined commercial requirements.

Revenue Diversification

• Identify and operationalize new revenue-generating opportunities.
• Define monetization models and build business cases.
• Execute go-to-market strategies for new solutions.

Market Engagement

• Build strong relationships with key issuers and partners.
• Represent the company in industry forums and commercial engagements.
• Continuously monitor competitive trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy or sales within financial services.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and commercial negotiations.
• Deep understanding of the financial services industry in South America.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong analytical skills.
• Availability to be in the office 3 times per week.
