Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations with three meals served.
• Handle meal card transactions and ingredient orders.
• Act as a communication bridge between the restaurant and chef team.
• Supervise equipment repairs with the IFM team.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Complete financial disclosures and inventory checks.
• Prepare accounting records and manage restaurant documentation.
• Coordinate Food Festival events.
• Handle VIP dining requests and venue preparations.
• Conduct regular inventory checks of ingredients and assets.
• Support procurement activities related to canteen operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Experience in canteen, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Basic knowledge of financial controls and inventory management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation abilities.
