Digital Performance & Data Analyst

We are looking for a Digital Performance & Data Analyst with a strong business and analytical mindset to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of our entire digital ecosystem — from paid media campaigns to CRM integration and website performance.

This role does not execute campaigns directly (we work with external agencies), but is fully responsible for supervising, auditing, and ensuring that all implementations are technically sound, performance-driven, and aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic, in coordination with external agencies.
  • Audit campaign implementation to ensure accuracy in creatives, pricing, assets, conversion events, tracking, and overall configuration.
  • Monitor daily lead flow and proactively detect real-time anomalies (volume drops, tracking issues, unassigned leads, CRM inconsistencies, etc.).
  • Ensure correct bidirectional integration between campaigns and CRM.
  • Analyze multiple data sources across the digital ecosystem to generate actionable insights that directly impact performance.
  • Build advanced dashboards in Power BI and automate reporting using SQL or other data tools.
  • Validate proper configuration of GA4, GTM, and conversion events (no direct implementation required, but strong auditing capability is essential).
  • Ensure all campaigns, promotions, and monthly content are accurately reflected on the brand website, maintaining alignment between active media and digital experience.
  • Execute punctual content updates in the CMS (WordPress or similar), ensuring precision and consistency.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders (agencies, dealers, tech providers, HQ) to ensure technical compliance and strategic alignment.
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning from a performance and data perspective.
  • Communicate with HQ in English, reporting results and escalating technical needs when necessary.


Technical Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing focused on lead generation.
  • Proven hands-on experience supervising:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Programmatic buying
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4 (analysis and auditing).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager with the ability to identify tracking errors.
  • Advanced experience building dashboards in Power BI.
  • Solid SQL skills (mandatory).
  • Deep understanding of UTMs and attribution models.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (preferred).
  • Intermediate English.
