What You’ll Do

• Support customers during onboarding and brand launches.
• Assist with menu review and data extraction for online storefronts.
• Train customers on brand management through various communication methods.
• Deliver high-quality product support while minimizing errors.
• Ensure quality assurance for menus with attention to detail.
• Communicate regularly with onboarding teams to enhance customer experience.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and achieve CSAT targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years as an Account Manager or Onboarding Specialist.
• Ability to support customers daily.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in English (B2).
