Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer at Crewfare, you'll design, deploy, and maintain our AWS infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation for multiple complex products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, performance optimization, and scalability, contributing to platform stability, security, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Design and manage highly available infrastructure on AWS.
• Automation & CI/CD: Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize resource usage to reduce costs.
• Monitoring & Incident Management: Monitor system performance and lead incident response efforts.
• Security Management: Ensure infrastructure security and compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and QA teams.
• Scaling: Architect scalable solutions.
• Performance Tuning: Implement health and performance monitoring strategies.
• Documentation: Document infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Proficient in AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with automation tools like Python and Bash.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SOC2 or ISO audit environments.
• Familiarity with logging tools.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architecture.
