Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Leadership experience in roles such as Lead, Manager, or Coordinator.
• Experience managing a team of at least 5 employees.
• Proficiency in design thinking methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for effective presentations.
• Willingness to travel to the US approximately once per quarter.
• English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
