Job Purpose

This position aims to enhance Fluor’s competitiveness by delivering unmatched quality services and technical expertise. It involves supporting the Area Lead on assigned projects and applying standard engineering techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead in employing cost-effective engineering techniques.
• Develop and review design specifications.
• Participate in procurement and subcontracting activities.
• Perform calculations and solve moderate engineering problems.
• Review vendor documentation for compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Make independent recommendations for varied complexity problems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and three years of experience.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Technical job knowledge and ability to learn applicable regulations.
• Attention to detail with time-effective work habits.
• Professional registration and advanced knowledge of codes and standards.
• Intermediate computer skills for various software.
