Job Purpose

We are looking for a Professional Education Specialist to spearhead our medical education initiatives across the Southern Cone region, ensuring the effective use of Johnson & Johnson products and enhancing surgical techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational plans for franchise specialties, addressing training needs of healthcare professionals.
• Deliver education and clinical support about our product portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing and EdTech teams for aligning educational strategies with franchise objectives.
• Enhance educational plans through interdepartmental collaboration.
• Create impactful learning experiences for participants and faculty.
• Manage professional education budget and monitor activities.
• Analyze data and trends to provide recommendations.
• Oversee training environments, including Innovation Rooms and Simulation Centers.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; postgraduate education preferred.
• 2 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in MedTech training or representation.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%).
• Comfortable engaging with healthcare professionals in clinical settings.
• Advanced proficiency in English required.
