About The Role

As a Deployment Strategist, you will collaborate with diverse teams to deploy ElevenAgents to address customer challenges, synthesizing insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their AI goals and workflows.
• Manage flagship deals from use case identification to closure.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring optimal AI implementation.
• Identify use cases through close customer interaction.
• Present work results to various audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience with customers.
• Background in product development and change management.
• Proficiency in Python and API integration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Familiarity with LLM and AI frameworks.

Location

The role is remote-first within Chile, with a preference for Santiago. Regular travel for customer engagements is expected.
