Responsibilities

1.Dealer Network Marketing Strategy: Design and implement marketing plans tailored to dealer needs, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives.

2.Campaign Development & Execution: Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, and in-store) to boost dealer sales and customer traffic.

3.Brand Compliance: Ensure all dealer marketing activities adhere to brand guidelines and deliver a consistent customer experience.

4.Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and dealer engagement.

5.Dealer Support & Training: Provide marketing guidance, tools, and training to dealer teams to enhance their local marketing capabilities.

6.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Corporate Marketing teams to synchronize dealer initiatives with broader business goals.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2. At least 5 years of experience in automotive marketing, with a focus on dealer marketing and channel management.

3.Proven ability to design and implement marketing campaigns that drive dealer engagement and sales growth. Strong understanding of the Argentine automotive market and dealer networks.

4.Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
