We are searching for a Data Technology Consultant to join our remote team and play a pivotal role in delivering impactful data solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and craft data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Define product objectives, set key success metrics, and monitor progress to ensure business impact is achieved
• Work closely with technical teams, including Solution Architects and Data Engineers, to design scalable and efficient data solutions
• Lead client engagements and contribute to presales activities, showcasing expertise in data analytics and understanding client needs
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with roadmaps and customer expectations
• Assess data quality and availability, identifying gaps and recommending improvements in data governance processes
• Stay informed on emerging trends in data analytics and apply insights to enhance solutions and strategies
• Support initiatives for data integration and processing to ensure clean and actionable data for decision-making
• Clearly communicate insights and strategies to technical and non-technical audiences to align stakeholders across teams
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or within a similar consulting role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing teams of at least 20 employees
• Proven experience in at least 5 full-cycle projects or launching a product (or major product capability) to market
• Strong expertise in data platforms and their applications
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for coding and data analysis tasks
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in data-focused projects
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Comprehensive understanding of data architecture, data lifecycle, and data product design
• Hands-on experience delivering data solutions, including data lakes, advanced analytics platforms, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical abilities to simplify complex problems and communicate actionable insights
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions
• Proven success in managing and delivering data projects that focus on measurable business value
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication with clients and stakeholders
