We are looking for a Data Technology Consultant to join our remote team and take an active role in delivering innovative data solutions for our clients. Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and create data-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Define product goals, establish success metrics, and track progress to ensure business value is achieved
• Collaborate with technical teams such as Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design scalable and effective data solutions
• Lead client engagements and support presales initiatives by showcasing expertise in data analytics and understanding client needs
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to align with roadmaps and meet customer expectations
• Evaluate data quality and availability, identifying gaps and recommending improvements in governance processes
• Stay updated on industry trends in data analytics and apply insights to improve solutions and strategies
• Support data integration and processing efforts to ensure clean, actionable data for decision-making
• Effectively communicate insights and strategies to technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment across stakeholders
  
  
  

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in IT as a Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or similar consulting role
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
• Proven participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product (or key product capability) to market
• Strong knowledge of data platforms and their applications
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for coding and data analysis
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in data-related projects
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Comprehensive understanding of data architecture, lifecycle, and product design
• Hands-on experience delivering data solutions, including data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills to simplify complex problems and present actionable insights
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to define and deliver impactful data solutions
• Proven ability to manage and deliver data projects focused on measurable business outcomes
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal, to enable effective communication with clients and stakeholders
