Data Scientist (Python + AI) at BairesDev

As a Data Scientist (Python + AI), you will develop predictive models and AI solutions using Python and machine learning frameworks. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, helping the organization leverage advanced analytics and generative AI to drive strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

- Clean and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources to ensure data quality and consistency for modeling.

- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.

- Integrate LLM APIs and generative AI capabilities into existing workflows and data products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define challenges and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize model performance and business impact.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related analytical field.

- Proven expertise in developing predictive models and AI solutions using Python and SQL.

- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

- Strong hands-on experience working with LLM APIs and integrating Generative AI into data workflows.

- Ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business insights and analytical solutions.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
