Job Overview

We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end solution delivery for our assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own solution delivery for assigned accounts, acting as the single point of responsibility for all delivery-related matters.
• Assure governance of delivery management and production processes according to the selected delivery model.
• Coordinate resources to ensure appropriate skills align with the delivery roadmap.
• Oversee technical leadership, planning future-proof architecture, and maintaining technical quality standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Establish and manage long-term client partnerships.
• Address client issues and manage engagement risks.
• Prepare customer proposals and statements of work.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with EPAM processes, focusing on agile approaches.
• Build delivery plans with estimations for timeframes, quality, and resource requirements.
• Establish continuous delivery risk management strategies.
• Measure and improve delivery productivity.
• Support sales activities and participate in bid processes.
• Mentor and coach other delivery managers.
• Contribute to the EPAM-wide delivery management community.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data and Analytics project delivery.
• Understanding of data engineering challenges and experience with data platform engineering.
• Familiarity with Big Data technology stacks like Hadoop, Yarn, and Kafka.
• Background in Python, Scala, or Java.
• Experience with SQL and cloud data technologies.
• Understanding of data architecture and software delivery cycles.
• Proficiency in various delivery approaches, especially agile.
• Experience with leading cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong client management and English communication skills (C1).
