We are seeking an experienced Data Consultant to join our team and provide impactful solutions by aligning business needs with data-driven strategies.

Role Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop customized data solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Define key metrics, set desired outcomes, and monitor progress to ensure measurable results are achieved.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Data Engineers to design and implement scalable and efficient data strategies.
• Lead consulting engagements and support presales activities by showcasing expertise in analytics and understanding client requirements.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and customer expectations.
• Assess data quality and availability to identify opportunities for improvement in governance and processes.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and incorporate them into active projects.
• Support data integration, processing, and preparation efforts to ensure clean and actionable data for decision-making.
• Present insights and strategies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences to maintain alignment among stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Data Analytics Consultant, Data Product Manager, or similar consulting positions.
• A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Architect, Owner, or Coordinator.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team of five or more members.
• Experience participating in at least two full project life cycles or working across multiple phases of various projects.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms and hands-on experience delivering solutions like data lakes, analytics systems, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python with advanced coding capabilities in both.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their associated data services.
• Expertise in data architecture, lifecycle management, and data product design principles.
• Proven leadership and project management experience in data-focused initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering data projects that address business challenges and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Certifications in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies for effective project management.
• Ability to lead workshops, deliver presentations, and conduct client-facing training sessions.
