Are you a data wizard with a knack for turning raw numbers into actionable insights? We're seeking a BI Analyst & Strategic Insights pro who can unravel the mysteries of our social media data and guide our creative and content teams towards success.
Your Mission:
- Unleash the Power of Data: Dive deep into vast datasets to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and correlations;
- Fuel Strategic Decision Making: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive our social media strategy;
- Become a Behavioral Alchemist: Analyze user behavior to understand what makes our audience tick and predict their next move;
- Collaborate with Creative Minds: Partner with our creative and content teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience;
- Being able to translate data and numbers into human behavior;
- Data storytelling.
- Data Analytics Prowess: Mastery of monitoring tools like Stilingue, BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical analysis techniques;
- Strategic Thinking: A keen ability to connect the dots between data and business objectives;
- Creative Spark: A knack for translating data-driven insights into innovative and engaging content ideas;
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and relationship applications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field;
- 3-5+ years of experience in a BI, analytics, or data-driven strategy role;
- Strong proficiency with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) and advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis tools;
- Ability to inspire the creative teams by translating sometimes complex data into actionable insights;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven to generate campaigns, activations, new products etc.
