Job Description

The Cybersecurity and Telecom & Infrastructure Lead is responsible for the secure design, deployment, and operation of IT and OT infrastructure, including servers (virtual, on-premise, and cloud-based), networks, and security technologies. This role ensures resilient, reliable, and protected digital services supporting power plants and substations.

This position combines deep technical expertise in infrastructure engineering with a security-first approach, involving the implementation of controls to safeguard operations while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the technical team, fostering training and overseeing operations.
• Shape the cybersecurity function by defining policies and procedures.
• Oversee detection and response to security incidents, coordinating corrective actions.
• Promote an information security culture and comply with relevant policies.
• Collaborate with the global CSIRT team in cybersecurity operations.
• Manage infrastructure, ensuring compliance with SLAs and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• One year of experience leading technical teams.
• Three years in cybersecurity and information security.
• Experience in IT infrastructure design and operation.
• Experience with security awareness programs and technical supervision of suppliers.
• At least one relevant security certification.
