Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Success Associate to join our team and support various tasks related to property management and owner interactions. In this role, you will take ownership of the properties and ensure their optimal performance. You will communicate with property owners, assisting the team in addressing their questions and concerns regarding financials, revenue performance, and operational aspects of their properties. The associate will help improve the customer experience by organizing resources, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing property-level guest experiences. This position will report to the head of the Customer Success department. You will have the opportunity to work with an international team and cater to markets worldwide, gaining valuable experience in a global setting.

The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator in both Spanish and English, solution-focused, and capable of working across different business units at Andes. The associate will also assist in maintaining up-to-date owner contracts, enacting listing updates, and executing loyalty programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the owner’s representative to Andes, and communicate opportunities for improvement to other departments to enhance performance that delivers results for clients.
  • Act as the visible face of Andes to the owners, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of each property
  • Assist in communicating with property owners to address their questions and concerns
  • Help organize resources to formulate comprehensive responses to owners
  • Support the resolution of owner issues with speed and efficiency
  • Aid in reducing the time salespeople spend on handling owner issues
  • Help enact updates for listings in collaboration with Revenue Management & Digital Operations
  • Enable the onboarding process to flow, through owner updates and assistance to other departments
  • Support the execution of loyalty programs for owners
  • Assist in keeping owner contracts up-to-date and well-managed
  • Keep track of “special cases” that need to be controlled outside normal operations (owner statements, furnishing payments, etc.)
  • Help manage the P&L of the properties and ensure their profitability



Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Service Administration, or similar fields.
  • Work experience: 0 - 3 years
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
  • Highly organized and proactive in creating solutions
  • Ability to keep track of inquiries from owners
  • Analytically inclined – able to understand various parts of operations (e.g., revenue management, guest marketing, physical management, digital operations, owner’s financial statements) to answer questions for owners
