Key responsibilities:

Develop: Understanding and translation of customer and vertical needs (current & emerging), capturing insights to drive Value Proposition development.

  • Identify cross vertical value elements when bundling products on area level (both standard & customized).
  • Support front-line sales in a customer-driven approach to identify needs and pain points to drive value proposition development.
  • Work with product teams to develop solutions by providing customer insights, captured from frontline and client engagements.
  • Lead, facilitate and project manage value proposition and the corresponding solution development with clear governance and project management.

Scale & Apply solutions: Bundling of global and local value propositions into relevant customer solutions.

  • Do resource prioritization – Assess customer needs against Maersk capability to develop a solution.
  • Bundle products, replicate solutions and scale up existing solutions.
  • Ensure the value proposition is completed and in good standard before submitted to customer.
  • Support the communication and adoption of scalable value propositions from the CEN Global Customer Solutions team.

Institutionalize: Thought Leadership, Collaboration & Best practice sharing.

  • Develop customer use cases based on vertical insight to drive growth.
  • Build a library of successful value propositions and share best practices.
  • Active participation in the Solutions community, driving best practices and organizational learning across the geographies and verticals.

We are looking for:

  • Solution design experience, across logistics product portfolio.
  • Customer-centric approach to identifying customer needs.
  • Sales skills.
  • Can work with stakeholders across the globe and ensure their buy-in when driving new ideas.
  • Min. Degree in Industrial engineering, International Business, Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Design thinking and Project management background.
  • Logistics and Supply chain expertise, Sales experience.
  • Analytical and logical mindset to solve complex problems.
  • Comfortable addressing ambiguity.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Creative and inventive mindset.
  • Functional management skills & influencing skills.
  • English Fluency.
