Role Purpose

Support internal and external customers by effectively managing electronic devices in clinical trials, ensuring smooth operations for client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, ensuring accurate data and clarity for the configuration center.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings and client calls as needed.
• Act as a point of contact for Client Services inquiries.
• Generate internal export documentation.
• Order printed materials on clients' behalf as directed.
• Liaise with Client Services and external providers to communicate shipment delays.
• Promote continuous improvement within Customer Operations.

Decision Making and Influence

• Responsible for managing client expectations regarding device shipments and inventory.
• Influence financial practices by adhering to good operational standards.
• Provide best practice guidance and information to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of site Health & Safety protocols.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and prioritization capability.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Experience in clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
• Minimum education: GCSE (UK) or High School graduation (US).

Additional Desired Experience

• Background in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with importing/exporting pharmaceuticals or electronic devices.

Language Requirements
