The Customer Experience Team provides solutions, supervises implementations, and empowers customers to achieve self-sufficiency using industry-leading software products.

Your Impact

As a Technical Customer Delivery Project Manager, you will report directly to the CX Delivery leader within the Customer Experience Delivery Team.

  • Your main responsibility is to delight our customers by applying a mix of project management techniques (e.g., Agile, DevOps, and PMP) that resonate with them and ensure a personalized, proactive, and predictive experience.
  • Your goal is to help our customers improve the value of their technology investments while building trust and positive relationships.
  • You shall work with international stakeholders as all project revenue will be landing in Australia.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 5+ years of technical understanding of collaboration, security, and networking architectures, including technologies such as Firepower, ISE, Stealthwatch, Catalyst, Nexus, DNAC, Wireless, and UCS.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of timely project delivery, alongside excellent communication, team leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with technical teams.
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience, with essential skills in performance metrics, a customer-focused mindset, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and effective collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk management, and critical path management.
  • Experience handling projects across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs for multimillion-dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Innovative, with strong facilitation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder leadership skills.
  • Expertise in software lifecycle management and requirements gathering.
  • Willingness to work during early and late hours to align with ANZ HQ.
  • Good understanding of Revenue Recognition of projects and Cost Cross-Charging mechanisms.
