Requirements

• 1 year of experience in remote sales or customer support.
• Prior e-commerce experience is essential.
• Strong persuasive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify or CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Requirements

• PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher.
• Stable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps.
• Professional workspace for calls.
