Role Responsibilities

• Manage tooling for all products post-release.
• Collaborate with teams on capacity tooling requirements.
• Monitor and improve product quality metrics.
• Engage with factories to resolve quality issues.
• Incorporate product learnings into new developments.
• Conduct evaluations to validate product performance.
• Utilize advanced tools for innovative mechanical solutions.
• Protect company IP through design and patents.

Qualifications

We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment with:

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-10 years in mechanical/product design, preferably in consumer goods.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD, SolidWorks experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of material properties and injection molding.
• Understanding of reliability testing and design principles.
• Experience with Asia OEM partners is desirable.
