Position Overview

As a CRM Specialist at BairesDev, you will design, implement, and optimize email campaigns aimed at enhancing talent engagement and conversion in our recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain complex SQL queries to analyze candidate data and support data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Create engaging email marketing content and develop personalized communication strategies.
• Build automation workflows and implement processes to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Analyze candidate journey touchpoints to identify optimization opportunities and enhance overall candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of CRM management experience.
• 2+ years in content creation in English.
• Experience with SQL and email marketing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
