Role Description

• Review and analyze criminal record information from various sources
• Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and completed in a timely manner
• Research and verify information when needed
• Work closely with team members to keep workflows running smoothly
• Help maintain high-quality standards across all reports

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Comfortable working with data and researching information
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in background screening
• Tazworks platform experience a plus
