About the Role

Join us as a Clinical Research Associate (Level II) and make an impact at the forefront of innovation. We support top pharmaceutical companies, managing over 2,700 clinical trials across 100+ countries.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor investigator sites using a risk-based approach, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
• Conduct on-site and remote monitoring tasks as per project specifications.
• Provide trial status updates and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Assist in project publications and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent nursing certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical research monitoring experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proven clinical monitoring and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with medical personnel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in various scenarios.

Working Conditions

• Office/laboratory environment with frequent travel (60-80%).
• Exposure to biological materials requiring personal protective equipment.
