Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Talent, HR Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in program management, change management, communication strategy, product design, or HR generalist work.
  • Knowledge of Spanish legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multiple priority projects.
  • Familiarity with Digital Transformation/HR Digitalization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and tools like Google Sheets.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and collaborate effectively.
