The Opportunity 🚀

We are looking for a Country Manager based in Santiago de Chile to lead our operations in the Andes region. This role includes driving local market development, overseeing daily operations, and aligning local and global objectives.

Key Responsibilities 📋

The Country Manager will act as the primary representative of Fonroche Lighting in the Andes, ensuring effective communication and strategic implementation:

• Commercial Leadership & Business Development: Define and execute commercial strategies, identify market opportunities, and represent Fonroche at industry events.
• Country Operations & Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team, promote organizational culture, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

What You Can Bring To Us 🙌

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree, a Master's in Business Administration, 5-10 years of relevant experience, and fluency in Spanish and English.
