The successful candidate will possess proven experience in scaling a multi-channel complex organization and a demonstrated ability to both lead and build the capabilities of a driven, bright, diverse team. In addition, she/he will have a proven track record as an exceptionally effective change agent. The candidate will possess a strong business and process mindset and change leadership skills to unify teams around common goals and drive change in the financial services industry. 15+ years of leadership experience in multinational corporations. US corporations preferred Exceptional oral and written communication with the ability to concisely provide executive summaries to senior management Strong problem-solving analytical skills, with an ability to drive data analytics and make appropriate conclusions on results Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines across a variety of stakeholders Team oriented and ability to work effectively with peers Demonstrated bias for action with a high sense of urgency, strong work ethic and drive for results Experience with corporate governance and controls management, including processes and systems Experience with a wide variety of assignments around operational workflow including systems is an asset Bachelor's degree or greater Advanced English language (mandatory) Competencies The role holder will be required to embrace the Everest Core Values: Collaboration, Thoughtful Assumption of Risk, Execution, Humility and Leadership.
