A global engineering technology company with 30+ years of proven success across 80+ countries is expanding into Chile and is looking for an experienced Country Manager / Business Development Manager to lead business growth and market development.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Lead business development and sales activities across Chile, focusing on road, railway, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.
• Build strategic relationships with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, government authorities, and infrastructure owners.
• Drive market penetration across roads, railways, airports, ports, mining, and other large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from opportunity identification through commercial negotiations and project execution.
• Serve as the key commercial liaison between customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular customer visits and site meetings across Chile.

💪 What You Bring

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure, road construction, railway, or other large civil engineering projects – Must.
• Proven success in business development and sales within the construction or infrastructure industry – Must.
• Strong network with contractors, engineering firms, consultants, developers, and government authorities in Chile – Must.
• Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Highly independent, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50%) and work hands-on in the field – Must.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is required.
