 We’re looking for a Country Manager to lead Ondato’s market entry and growth in Chile, building our local sales pipeline, partnerships, and brand presence.

Country Manager – Chile

Full-time | Remote (with local market focus)

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive Ondato’s business development and growth strategy in Chile.
•  Identify and approach potential B2B clients (fintech, banks, crypto, gambling, marketplaces, regulated online businesses).
• Build and manage a local sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
• Conduct sales meetings and product presentations with decision-makers.
• Develop partnerships with local industry players and associations.
• Represent Ondato in local market events, conferences, and networking activities.
• Provide market feedback to product and compliance teams (local regulations, customer needs, competitors).
• Coordinate with headquarters on marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Track performance, report results, and ensure revenue targets are met.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or country management (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or compliance).
• Strong understanding of the local business and fintech ecosystem.
• Proven ability to open doors and close deals with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working independently.
• Ability to represent the company professionally in the local market.

Nice to Have

• Experience with KYC, AML, payments, fintech, or regulatory technology.
• Existing network in fintech, banking, or digital services.
• Portuguese is a plus (for regional collaboration).
