Hey LinkedIn, I'm looking for a Country Manager!
My client are a high-growth SaaS scale-up that is hiring a Country Manager to lead commercial relationships in the region. The platform is widely used across utilities, construction, and infrastructure organisations to digitise frontline operations and improve safety, efficiency, and real-time visibility.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who enjoys owning the full customer lifecycle.
The Opportunity
- Own commercial growth across utilities, construction, energy and infrastructure
- Lead discovery, demos, proposals, and enterprise sales conversations
- Build trusted long-term relationships with customers
- Manage renewals, account growth and strategic expansions
- Partner closely with an in-region Implementation Specialist for onboarding and delivery
- Represent the business locally at industry events and customer meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in utilities, construction, infrastructure, energy, or field operations (essential)
- Background in SaaS sales, account management, customer success or hybrid commercial roles
- Confident engaging both operational leaders and senior executives
- Strong relationship-builder with a consultative approach
- Comfortable working autonomously in a growing scale-up
- Commercially sharp and able to articulate ROI clearly
