Position Summary

We are seeking a Business & Data Science Analyst to support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze business data, identify improvement opportunities, and propose changes to core processes, working closely with leadership and multiple business areas.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Propose changes and optimizations to key business processes based on data analysis.
• Develop proactive analyses and respond to data requests from the Board.
• Build reports and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Client Services, IT, HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and R&D teams.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment across different business areas.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in business analysis, controlling, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills to present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
