Leaders will guide you on your growth journey. We are seeking a Controller, Business/Operational to join our Finance team.
In this role, you will actively contribute to boosting spare part sales by optimizing order management, ensuring on-time deliveries, and enhancing customer experience, including schedule, budget, and quality.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our presence in the South America Market Area (MA).
You will communicate within a global team to prioritize tasks and make quick, informed decisions to accelerate sales in the region and control the payback of our investments.
This position is based in Santiago, Chile, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

Controller Business/Operational.
As Controller, Business/Operational, Finance your Job Duties and Responsibilities are: Drive Sales Growth: Proactively manage customer orders to accelerate sales and revenue generation, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery process.Regional investment follow-up & financial analysis on Investment Projects in the region.Lead and Coordinate: Oversee and communicate with stakeholders throughout the delivery process for complex orders & investment projects in the region.Strategic Order Optimization: Analyze orders and prioritize high-value sales opportunities, ensuring timely deliveries that meet client expectations.Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure deliveries meet scheduled, quality, and cost expectations, maximizing business outcomes and customer satisfaction.Risk Mitigation for Sales Impact: Identify and resolve potential bottlenecks in the delivery process that could negatively impact customer satisfaction and future sales.Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with all stakeholders, establishing positive relationships and continuously improving services based on feedback.Provide monthly and quarterly Sales estimate reports.Provide monthly and quarterly Financial analysis on Investment Projects in the region.Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards per internal documentation, legal requirements, and organizational policies.Comply with procedures involved in the accreditation, certification, and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001, and Ch3262 (Gender equality and reconciliation of work, family, and personal life).As a great Candidate you will have the following: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, projects, or delivery management; experience with investment projects is a plus.Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Proven track record in driving sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a B2B environment.Experience with financial and management reporting tools (BW, PowerBI).English proficiency (B1 or higher).Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Tech-savvy with familiarity with IT tools and ERP/integrated systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA), modules: FI, CO, PS, SD, MM (a plus).Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and financial reporting tools (BW, PowerBI).We offer: A friendly and respectful environment that values high ambition, client focus, teamwork, and open communication.Long-term stability within a well-established company.A unique workplace that combines respect and results-oriented culture, with all benefits of a global corporation.Additional information Please submit your application in English; applications in other languages will not be considered.
