Job Description

DePuy Synthes is looking for a Contracts, Records & Ops Supervisor in São Paulo or Santiago. This role ensures smooth execution of contracts, records management, and supports operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee contract and bid documentation preparation and compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and commercial teams.
• Manage contract records and monitor supplier performance.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.

Required Experience

• Experience in contract administration and operational processes.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Supervisory experience and knowledge of contract management systems.

Other Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese; proficiency in English preferred.
• 10–15% domestic travel may be required.
