Position Purpose

Recruit physician, hospital, and ancillary service providers to sign network participation agreements that are in accordance with Corporate, health plan, and State guidelines. Ensure that all necessary documentation and information are included.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity.

• Recruit and develop network for a region and set of providers
• Lead assigned recruitments ensuring they result in complete and accurate standard contracts
• Facilitate and oversee provider set-up and contract configuration
• Initiate contact and identify potential providers by geographic and specialty needs
• Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of contracting, contract analysis, and provider relations experience preferred.

Pay Range

$70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year
