Role Overview

As a Consultant within the Metals & Mining practice in Mexico, you will support project delivery and client engagements focused on operational risk and sustainability transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting engagements, business assessments, diagnostics, and implementation initiatives.
• Work closely with project managers to develop recommendations and support solution implementation.
• Contribute to workshops, data analysis, and on-site activities with client teams.
• Assist in developing client deliverables, including presentations and reports.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing and contribute to best practices.
• Support business development efforts through market research and proposal preparation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting or the Metals & Mining industry.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and sustainability concepts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Working Experience

• Experience in transformation initiatives, operational roadmaps, and implementation.
• Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies.

Education & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration in diverse teams.

Languages

• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
