Overview

As a Consultant at ADvendio, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation and optimization of ADvendio solutions for clients. This role involves working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that solutions align with their advertising operations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration Execution: Configure, customize and maintain system configurations as per client requirements.
• Documentation: Document configuration steps and system updates to maintain clear records.
• Configuration Testing: Conduct tests on configurations to ensure they meet technical standards and client specifications before the final handover.
• Data Management Support: Assist with the managing and updating client-related configuration data within ADvendio’s internal systems.
• Set up reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues regarding system functionality.
• Implement automation through Salesforce Automation technologies (Like Flows, Apex, etc.).
• Plan and perform data migrations.
• Work with ADvendio Consultants, developers and customers to understand client requirements.
• Participate in Agile Project teams and ceremonies.
• Provide training on ADvendio usage to customers.
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and best practices to proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant modules).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
• Salesforce Automation technologies like Flows, Apex, etc.
• Familiarity with data management, including importing, exporting, and deduplication strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience.
