About the Role

The Construction Manager will provide technical assistance and support project control during execution, leading the supervision of construction activities while ensuring health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Technical assistance to project management team
• Support to project control & reporting during execution
• Anticipate and support to solve interferences issues
• Lead the supervision of construction and site activities
• Assist the client on sequence/coordination of construction works
• Supervision of sourcing, manufacturing and transport
• Stay vigilant on Health & Safety aspects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction
• Full proficiency in English
• Experience in hyperscale datacenter construction is highly desirable
• Budget management and financial oversight
• Risk assessment knowledge
• Physically able to work on-site
