Community Manager - Remote
As a Remote Community Manager, you will oversee community communications, engage with members, and ensure consistent interaction across platforms. Responsibilities include fostering and growing the community, responding to member inquiries, monitoring feedback, coordinating events, and curating content to enhance engagement and collaboration. You will also provide guidance to community members and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead member onboarding and welcome experience
• Build strong relationships by proactively getting to know members
• Conduct regular check-ins and manage ongoing member engagement
• Develop and execute social and community engagement strategies
• Create posts and conversations that encourage participation and interaction
• Oversee and moderate the community platform daily
• Coordinate virtual events, networking, and resources
• Manage scheduling, CRM, and operational processes
• Handle member support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Drive referrals, testimonials, and member success stories
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention
Requirements:
• 5+ years managing communities or client/member experience programs (100+ members)
• Strong understanding of social media engagement and content strategy
• Proven success improving engagement, participation, or retention
• Ability to create content that drives conversation and interaction
• Proactive mindset with initiative to build relationships with members
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• High accountability and ownership mentality
• Tech-savvy with CRM and digital platforms
• Property management industry knowledge is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, community engagement abilities, and experience building meaningful relationships with diverse groups.
• Ability to curate and share relevant content, plan and execute events, and develop strategies to boost engagement.
• Familiarity with community management platforms, social media tools, and relevant software for coordination and communications.

• Salary $12-$15 per hour
