About the Internship

This internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public health, community education, program operations, and health promotion.

Key Internship Roles Include

• Assist with in-person and virtual exercise and wellness programs, including event logistics.
• Provide customer support, including registration and technology troubleshooting.
• Support planning and implementation of workshops and webinars.
• Create marketing materials for programs.
• Assist with data entry and administrative tasks.
• Support special projects as needed.
• Adhere to all HSS policies on professional conduct and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Interest in public health or related fields.

Required Availability

• Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Availability for 2-3 Wednesday evening programs

Location

Hybrid internship; in-person attendance required for scheduled programs.

Compensation

Student stipend of $25-30 per day.

Dates

August 2026 – December 2026.
