Job Overview
This position provides leadership in evaluation, planning, organization, and execution of assigned project requirements. The candidate will possess thorough knowledge of all aspects of the assigned project construction execution plan, commissioning execution plans, and turnover activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in home office design efforts supporting system boundary definitions, P&ID, Electrical One-Lines, and database maintenance.
- Establish project-specific written commissioning and turnover procedures for Final Phase Execution.
- Work with project groups to finalize and agree to the physical documentation requirements for the start-up of systems and facilities.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks affecting project completion.
- Maintain progress tracking tools and turnover database management systems.
- Submit weekly reports outlining turnover progress and upcoming activities.
Candidate Requirements
Background checks are carried out as part of any conditional offer made, including education and employment verification.
Basic Job Requirements
- Accredited four-year engineering degree and twelve years of work-related experience, with formal certification if required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Job-related technical knowledge is essential.
- Attention to detail and time management skills are necessary.

- Assist in onboarding new team members.
- Coordinate system walk-downs and turnover acceptance.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Twelve years of experience in commissioning related to operations, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and personnel.
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically.
