How you’ll make an impact

In this role, you will:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities for hydro-mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment (e.g. turbines, generators, governors, auxiliaries).
• Perform functional testing, system checks, and performance tests following technical specifications and safety regulations.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and start-up phases.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with customers, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Prepare commissioning reports, test protocols, and technical documentation.
• Support customer training and handover activities.
• Participate in warranty and service assignments when required.

What you bring

To succeed, you should have:

• University diploma in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with rotating equipment such as turbines and generators.
• Track record in project management, sub-supplier handling, and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Primavera P6.
• Competence in AutoCad or Solid Edge software is preferable.
• Highly developed communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Team player with strong leadership and project management abilities.
